All customers are required to provide a valid credit or debit card to book appointments, and all first time customers are required to make a deposit in order to book appointments. The deposit is reimbursed at the time of check-out.
The deposit is refundable if the appointments are canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. The deposit is non-refundable if the customer misses the appointment or cancels within the 48 hour window.
We have all genders of service providers. We do not discriminate in our booking process and the appointments are booked on the first available provider at the time requested. It is the customers responsibility to advise us if there is a gender preference for the service provider.
All “pay later” services offered are from of a third party company. We approve of the services offered to our customers, so we allow them to be placed on our website to provide a convenience to our customers.
However, we are not affiliated with the company providing the “pay later” services and can not provide any information about their services.
We are not responsible for the relationship between the customer and these companies.
